关于智合
智合创办于2014年2月。智合以法律行业垂直媒体————“智合法律新媒体”起家，是中国主流、权威和影响力最大的新法律媒体，母公司（上海之合网络科技有限公司）以智合为核心，围绕着法律服务业的上下游，陆续推出了智合东方、智合LawSchool、智合学院、智拾网等平台与服务，逐渐形成以媒体、教育为两大基础业务，法律科技创新为发展引擎，全面覆盖法学院学生、青年律师（青年法务）、合伙人律师（法务总监）、律所主任（总法务顾问）的服务生态布局。智合的定位是一家法律行业的“入口级”公司，致力于“用互联网连接法律和人”。

Intelligeast was founded in February 2014. It started with “Intelligeast Legal New Media”, a vertical media in the law field, and currently a mainstream, authoritative and the most influential new legal-oriented media platform in China. It has also, with the parent company, Intelligeast (Shanghai) Network Technology Co., Ltd., as the core, launched platforms and services such as zhihedongfang.com, Zhihe LawSchool, Zhihe College and ZHI10.com, by which it gradually built up its media and education businesses, with law-tech as the driving power, and achieved an industry-wide coverage in China’s legal market. Its users and clients include law students, young lawyers (legal counsels), partners (legal directors), chairmen of law firms (general counsels). Intelligeast’s vision is to become the window into China’s legal industry and “network people with law”.
